ROLE OVERVIEW
IT Support Team Lead should help strengthen IT services quality within the Company as well as to make sure that Group Companies meet the same level of IT quality.
● Build, manage and motivate Team of up to 10 IT administrators
● Define ITSM/ITIL best practices and align on Group level
● Embrace being a servant leader in an environment where customer focus, business acumen and speedy deliveries in world-class quality are crucial
● Drive changes and find better ways of working, skills & workforce development
● Overall responsibility for Team deliveries, IT systems and Workplace related questions within the Organization
● Working effectively with other teams implementing strategies to increase profitability, productivity, and overall client experience
● Provide best practices and overall IT support guidance to subsidiaries
ROLE EXPERIENCE
● You are a natural leader and have 2+ year experience in providing IT services with a clear customer and business focus
● Have excellent collaboration and communication skills and can easily interact with all levels in the Company and subsidiaries
● Dynamic, energetic, motivated positive outlook
● Good Vendor management skills
● Excellent ITIL and IT Services knowledge
● Ambition to make a change
