• Point of sales, computers, self-checkouts users support by phone and e-mail

• Higher education preferably in IT or related areas (could be a student)
• At least basic Windows and Linux administration skills
• Knowledge how to use remote access tools (RDP, VNC, Remote Admin)
• English and preferably Russian language knowledge
• Willingness to advance in IT, responsible attitude towards work

• Salary for this position 5,50 Eur/hour
• Working schedule: Monday – Friday 12-20, Saturday - Sunday and Public Holidays 8-20 or 8-17, night shift 20-8
