About the Team & Business Line:

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and hands-on Senior Platform Specialist to join our Document Services Platform Team. The current open position of a Senior Platform Specialist is focused on building out our document management capabilities through our Document Services Platform.

The Senior Platform Specialist will assist the Platform Team in breaking down the Platform vision into User Stories, collaborating with the design team to create innovative user experiences, gathering requirements when necessary, and conducting user story acceptance testing. This individual will become embedded within the delivery team and serve as the source of knowledge and local go-to specialist on the Platform.

Your Role:

Act as a Platform expert and the voice of all our internal and external Document Services Platform users.
Be responsible for breaking down the vision set by the Senior Platform Manager, defining the scope of development for new Platform features and ongoing feature enhancements.
Work with the design team to create innovative user experiences.
Manage the Platform backlog and run grooming sessions.
Write and prioritize user stories, define acceptance criteria, and validate/accept stories after they are realized by the delivery team.
Follow and adhere to all governance processes.
Establish and maintain a high level of credibility with different stakeholders (including senior leadership).
Support Business Operations for the Document Services Platform.
Educate business users on new system enhancements.
Provide level 3 local/global support for Document Services Platform users.

About You:

Minimum of 2 3 years of experience with in-house application development and Agile/Scrum experience preferably in a financial institution environment
Minimum of 3 5 years of solid practical experience in managing complex projects
Recognized Scrum Master certification is highly desirable (e.g., CSM)
Knowledge and experience of SDLC frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile
Knowledge of agile development best practices, and experience of with project management tools such as Jira
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the following competencies: project management, information technology, creativity, business analysis, data analytics, problem solving, change/release management, multi-tasking and service management
Demonstrated strong proficiency in interpersonal/communication skills including oral and written English
Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or equivalent
Effective planning and organizational experience to set priorities and coordinate projects and meet deadlines with a fast pace environment.
Availability and willingness to travel occasionally to other Citco locations
