As a member of the Baltic Communication team, you will be working with the internal communication team, focusing on activities in Lithuania while working also on pan-Baltic projects, contributing to ensuring efficient communication and engagement within the organisation.

What You Will Do:

• Plan and implement internal communication activities and projects
• Contribute to the management and development of internal communication channels, including the content
• Work closely with other teams to support planning and implementing different events and initiatives
• Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
• Substitute your team members
• Carry out other tasks relevant to the role given by the direct manager. 

What We Expect: 

• Be capable of working independently and take initiative
• Currently pursuing or have completed studies in Media, Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences or other relevant fields. Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are welcome to apply also
• Fluent English and Lithuanian languages is required in spoken and written communication.
