Requirements for candidates

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong knowledge of accounting, costing principles, and financial analysis
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP, Microsoft Excel
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Lithuanian; German and Russian is a plus.

Job description

Business Performance Reporting & Analysis
Assist with the preparation of monthly results & financial reporting including commentary and insights on the results
Produce monthly reporting packs for HO and regional management
Report on key performance indicators to monitor performance and where required identify new KPIs critical to managing the business
Assist with the preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budgets to ensure the achievement of established objectives and key milestones
Ad hoc analysis as required
Business Partnering & Support
Establish relationships across the Baltics region to deliver reporting support, guidance and financial oversight
Support the analytics requirements across a variety of project initiatives to help set strategic direction
Establish relationships with a range of Finance, Operational and Sales functions across the organisation and provide support to those functions
Reporting Systems & Processes
Assist in the roll-out of the global ERP system SAP in the region
Drive process improvement and enhancements including automation and simplification of accounting, planning and reporting processes.
