Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to enhance our business processes by leveraging AI tools for efficient automation and optimization across various operational domains, including software development processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and process automation, with a focus on integrating AI-driven solutions to improve organizational efficiency and streamline development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI-driven tools to optimize business processes, workflows and software development processes.
Enhance operational efficiency, quality control, and decision-making using AI techniques.
Collaborate with various teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows including software development processes.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and their application in software engineering.
Design and train machine learning models to automate and optimize various business and development processes.
Maintain documentation and provide training on AI-enhanced development tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI models.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
Understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and automation techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-experts.
