As a Senior Tech People Partner you will be directly responsible for the whole recruitment lifecycle as well as further journey of every hired employee, ensuring their greatest experience in QuaDig

Senior Tech People Partner role includes full ownership of recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing, hiring and handling related administrative tasks. So networking and building long-lasting relationships with candidates will be crucial. At the same time you will be working closely with hiring managers on identifying the hiring needs, updating them about recruitment progress, evaluating candidates and assigning them to the most suitable project and position.

Here at QuaDigi People Partners (HR) team shares responsibility for each Employees experience within the company. So you will also have to participate and offer advices on various HR matters such as performance review, training and development, employee relations, communications, compensation & benefits administration and other related topics when needed.
