Job Description:

  • Develop and implement wholesale trade strategy;
  • Set and achieve key strategic goals, resources, deadlines, and measurement indicators in wholesale trade;
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify and implement growth opportunities;
  • Create new customer acquisition strategies and maintain existing customer loyalty;
  • Ensure the effectiveness of wholesale trade and provided services;
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers, conduct negotiations;
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring their success;
  • Set long-term and short-term department goals, delegate them to respective regions, and monitor their implementation;
  • Manage directly and indirectly subordinate employees, ensuring goal achievement;

Employee Requirements:

  • Proven track of successful leadership experience in wholesale trade;
  • Strong business development skills and experience;
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of English language B2+ level;
  • Effective team management, ability to solve arising problems.
