KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and document infrastructure requirements for developing and implementing LLM-based applications
• Identify existing gaps, propose solutions, and collaborate with group IT team to coordinate necessary changes and ensure seamless integration
• Develop analytics solutions to enhance data analysis, automate insights generation, and improve decision-making processes
• Develop AI-powered applications to efficiently search and retrieve internal company data, policies, and reports, enhancing organizational knowledge management and accessibility
• Deliver reliable, thoroughly tested, and high-performance code within an agile framework
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python (familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face etc. is a plus)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
• Exposure to multi-agent libraries/frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, or Taskweave is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL (experience with Google's BigQuery considered an advantage)
• Ability to develop maintainable code that can transition from prototype to production
• Familiarity with Git (bonus points for knowledge of Gitlab CI/CD)
• Basic understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing
• University education in a quantitative subject such as mathematics, computer science, software engineering, economics, physics, etc.
• Willingness to take ownership of projects and develop solutions from start to finish
