Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Office Administrator to support our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong multitasking skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage office operations effectively. The position is part-time, requiring 3 days a week or 5 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Answer front-line calls, welcome visitors, and manage incoming correspondence.
- Organize, file, and update company documents (both digital and physical).
- Provide administrative and organizational support, including booking business travel.
- Organize meetings, company events, and team-building activities.
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees, scheduling interviews, document maintenance.
- Coordinate efficient use of the company parking facilities.
- Track and manage office-related expenses within budget.
- Prepare and submit reports on office usage, budget, or inventory as needed.
- Continuously review office policies and suggest improvements to create a pleasant and efficient work environment.
Experience and skills
- University/high school graduate or student.
- Experience in office management, customer service, or similar roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office software and office equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and think critically.
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in record-keeping, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent time management: Ability to meet deadlines and handle various tasks.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English
- Energetic, enthusiastic, open-minded and reliable personality.
