Job description
- Participates in preparation of real estate development budgets and business plans.
- Prepares business management reports and monitors key project indicators KPIs, covenants.
- Controls quality of data used in business accounting reports.
- Performs budgeted-actual comparisions in business reports with emphasis on business relevant analysis conclusions.
- Works with business and financial data processing and present it by PowerBI and implement the tool in the organisation.
- Prepares market and competitive environment analysis in all corporate group business segments (residential real estate sales, coliving, coworking).
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a financial analyst or a similar role.
- Experience in using PowerBI or other analysis and reporting tools.
- Market analysis.
- Ability to work independantly and in team.
