Job description
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis, including comparable analysis.
- Perform industry and market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.
- Support due diligence efforts, including evaluating financial statements, operational metrics, and business models.
- Supporting finance team with budgeting, forecasting and consolidation of portfolio companies.
- Support the fund's strategic initiatives, such as fundraising and market expansion.
- Other ad-hoc duties, incl. data and report analysis
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. CFA) are a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, audit, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial tools (e.g., Orbis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage projects under tight deadlines.
