In this role, you'll manage resources to meet team targets, oversee workforce planning, prepare schedules, and adjust for absences to maintain service levels. What You Will Do:
- Ensure excellent customer service and achievement of individual and team targets, OKRs and KPIs.
- CSU resources management and monitoring to ensure targeted service level and availability in all channels, ensure workflow and workforce planning, prepare work schedules.
- Maintain daily schedule – plan lunch and short breaks, follow up on absent shifts and evaluate impact on service level and availability – adjust if needed.
- Adjust the workforce based on the actual workflow daily in all channels. Analyze and define the reasons for deviations from forecasted flow, targeted service level and availability,
- Activate and coordinate incident related actions in all channels.
- Provide information and support colleagues in standard and non-standard topics.
- Follow up on training plan and ensure that time in schedule is planned accordingly.
- Take part in activities/projects related to improvements of products/process.
- Collaborate with colleagues in making forecasts and reports, create monthly schedules and make changes in it. Provide the input and background of the reached service level etc.
