The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance, to drive the best possible financial outcomes for the organisation to ensure growth in revenue and margin.  

• Assist and conduct in preparing reports, forecasts, and budgets to identify performance drivers and improvement areas.
• Participate in developing and improving financial models, tools, and processes to enhance FP&A capabilities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management, highlighting financial performance, trends, and potential risks.
• Support business performance improvement through analysis and conclusions on required changes.
• Monitor financial and operational performance metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to FP&A.
