As the Head of Fundraising, you will play a key role in attracting new capital for investments in EAM funds in line with the companys initiatives and investment strategies. You will also participate in developing and implementing investor communication strategies, and work alongside partners, Investment Committee and Board members as a critical point of contact for investors.

• Establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with potential investors by communicating with new High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, corporate and institutional clients; (Within Lithuania)
• Responding to RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.
• Providing timely responses to investor queries.
• Monitoring of market trends and providing insights on market activity and competitors.
• Communicating sales propositions and investment opportunities to investors.
• Reporting: writing/editing/reviewing client reporting where necessary.
• Organizing and participating events, attending industry conferences in Europe for fundraising purposes.
• Being a part of the investment committee, where all investments are evaluated.
• Keep clients updated both in writing and verbally.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

• Fluent in English.
• Relevant experience in an asset management, private or investment banking environment or other roles in the financial services industry, preferably in the area of fundraising or investor relations.
• Experience of client management.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Personality: confident, proactive, passionate, and ambitious to lead while demonstrating learning ability, high emotional intelligence, desire to make an impact
• Polish language would be an advantage.
• Education or good understanding of finance would be an advantage.
