About the role:
The SEO Specialist role at Omnisend is a crucial part of Omnisends success. This position is perfect for data-driven individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and marketing, have a problem-solving mindset, and have strong technical and interpersonal skills. This role requires working across organizational stakeholders and a research-based mindset.
You'll use your skills and knowledge to drive Organic traffic and be an essential part of company growth.
What youll do @ Omnisend:
- Develop and implement comprehensive backlink strategies to improve rankings and increase website traffic;
- Maintain already established processes of backlinking;
- Maintain the SEO excellence of the assigned website;
- Implement an effective internal linking strategy to enhance the overall website structure and improve the on-site experience;
- Audit and monitor website SEO health and identify optimization opportunities;
- Manage and report on the success of partnership-driven SEO initiatives;
- Understand web analytics metrics and draw SEO-related conclusions accordingly;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO;
- Establish personal OKRs and contribute to team OKRs each quarter to ensure professional and organizational growth.
We expect that youll bring:
- 2+ years experience in the SEO field;
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing SEO campaigns or strategies;
- Have experience working with any industry-standard SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.);
- Attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and research skills to be able to provide ideas for traffic and company growth;
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English;
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment while being able to solve problems creatively and have experience turning ideas into action;
- You inspire the team by taking the initiative to own your performance and contributions to the team while being a team player;
- You can multi-task and work with colleagues all across the globe.
