In this role, the HR Operations Representative works as part of a dedicated team of People Services professionals serving our HR organization and global workforce. This role is responsible for working seamlessly between systems and service delivery. They will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and privacy of our Core Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data as well as serving as the first point of contact for our HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners in support of workflow and business process execution, responding to employee inquiries and partnering with appropriate HR team members to resolve more complex inquiries.
About the Role:
- Maintain data in HR System.
- Develop subject matter expert level knowledge of data entry review and audit procedures to ensure adherence to data governance and data integrity standards.
- Monitor system queues for all change requests, including new hire, termination, and all other employee related changes.
- Review all requests for accuracy, validity, and required documentation and approvals.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for all employee changes, and ensures consistency, and adherence HR policy and procedures regarding timing, eligibility, and consistency of requested and approved changes.
- Engage with all internal HR and Corporate Employee levels to resolve any questions, gaps, or other employee information related changes that require follow up, resolution and closure.
- Work with SOX and other compliance teams to supply requested and approved audit reporting and compliance documentation.
- Responsible for responding to ad hoc or month end standard reporting.
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate payroll administration through HRIS interfaces.
- Support the HR Systems and Operations teams in the implementation of HR system related projects both planned and ad-hoc, as requested.
- Support the HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partner teams as needed for defined processes transitioned to the People Services team.
- Develop and maintains standard user documentation, such as SOPs, and internal knowledge base articles pertaining to HRIS and HR processes and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries by phone, ticket, or email to ensure courteous, timely resolution by adhering to SLAs, quality, and standards.
- Provide routine information to internal clients on HR processes and policies and support HR COE programs and processes.
- Independently performs research to resolve more complex inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, HR policies and processes, and/or employee relations. Documents research and consults with HR Center of Excellence and/ or HR Business Partners as appropriate.
- Identifies process and procedural improvements and contributes to the ongoing development of the FAQ library.
About You:
- Experience with HRIS administration/data management in a multi-site organization.
- Availability to work flexible hours to match US colleague's work time 2-3 times per week (for example starting at 11am and finishing at 8pm).
- Excellent problem solving, continuous improvement, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to strive and understand diverse corporate-wide needs.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and understanding of importance of repetitive job responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize duties during periods of high volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 1800 EUR gross.
