We are looking for reinforcement an experienced IT project manager who is willing and able to work in the dynamic and ever-changing world of payments. The new team member will be responsible for the smooth implementation of various IT projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is able to drive changes, create and follow a strict plan and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
Get ready to:
- Communicate and collaborate with existing and potential national and international customers and partners to ensure sustainable and long-term business relationships
- Work in one of the most accelerating sectors - FinTech
- Lead day to day delivery tasks of the development team
- Work directly with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers as a team
- Initiate and implement software development projects
- Provide technical support for business units.
What we expect from you:
- Agile mindset and experience as an IT project manager (FinTech is a plus)
- Experience with project management and Agile tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, YouTrack etc. )
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to bring together and inspire colleagues to achieve a common goal
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
