• Design, implement, and maintain robust back-end services using Java programming language
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Develop and deploy RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Effectively collaborate in Agile Scrum teams
• Foster close cooperation with various stakeholders
• Apply industry best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Provide support for release deployments, ensuring smooth and successful production launches
• Coordinate the technical work of the team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and project timelines
• Guide and mentor other team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to facilitate their professional growth

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development, including proficiency in Java EE or Spring frameworks
• Strong knowledge of popular tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, Git, Gradle, and Docker
• Solid understanding of SQL and practical experience working with databases
• Experience with Micro-services or Event-driven architecture systems 
• Experience with Cloud AWS, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Kubernetes is considered a plus
• Data integration experience is considered a plus
• Fluent English (at least B2 level) language skills

• Ability to work from a different location we have 3 offices (2 in Vilnius and 1 in Kaunas), possibility to work remotely
