BAA Training is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Development Manager to lead the strategic procurement of new aircraft, opening of new bases, and other development initiatives. This is a pivotal role that will play a key role in the growth and success of the Pilots' School.  

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover: 

• Research and identify suitable aircraft models for training purposes 
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and industry contacts to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules 
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards during the selection and acquisition process 
• Evaluate potential locations for new flight bases 
• Develop comprehensive business plans for new base openings 
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals 
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and expansion of facilities and services offered by the Pilots' School 
• Align development initiatives with training curriculum and student needs 
• Implement new technologies and best practices to enhance the efficiency and quality of training programs 
• Ensure that aircraft procurement aligns with training needs and curriculum requirements 
• Ensure seamless execution of development projects and compliance with regulations 
• Develop and manage budgets for aircraft procurement, base expansion, and other development projects 
• Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to approved budgets 
• Prepare reports and updates for the COO and senior management regarding the status of development projects 
• Maintain accurate records of procurement agreements, contracts, permits, and other relevant documentation 
• Work according to approved company processes 
• Work with company's IT systems to ensure a smooth procurement, operations, and project management processes 
• Participate in daily meetings based on Lean principles 
• Set and achieve short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company's strategic goals 
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure development, procurement, and acquisition 
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Strong knowledge of aviation industry trends and best practices
