We will entrust You:

• Lead and coordinate developments for Commercial Engine processes and tools, ensure their implementation and consistency across our Baltic operations;
• Proactively and continuously improve existing processes and tools, ensure they function reliably and get reviewed based on an established schedule;
• Participate and represent Commercial Engine in strategic Rimi Baltic projects;
• Represent Commercial Engine in other initiatives, coordinate changes in cross-Value Stream initiatives;
• Consult process owners on possible improvements and document updated processes in Rimi ABC;
• Actively contribute to the development of process governance culture and maturity;
• Together with other members of your Competence Center and Team, promote and build a Lean- and data-driven process management culture;
• Prepare and facilitate trainings for key/end users and stakeholders.
