About the role:


The Senior Affiliate Partner Manager role at Omnisend is a crucial part of Omnisend’s success. This position is perfect for data-driven individuals who are passionate about eCommerce and marketing, have a problem-solving mindset and strong technical and interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to work across organizational stakeholders and a research-based mindset. Omnisend is a merchant first organization, and partnerships are no different. You’ll use all of your skills and knowledge to forge an affiliate focused partner portfolio that facilitates both merchant and partner growth and brings value to all parties.

What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

  • Aggressively recruit high-value affiliates through research, referrals, networking and other avenues;
  • Increase affiliate revenue by building authentic relationships and optimizing performance;
  • Drive and promote new affiliate creative, assets, content and promotions to help our affiliate network succeed with traffic and conversion rate goals;
  • Define and execute affiliate strategy and work with product and creative teams to execute messaging and creative;
  • Develop and grow large volume affiliate partners, while scaling outreach, with a primary focus on quality before quantity;
  • Create and distribute frequent affiliate newsletters and 1:1 emails keeping partners abreast of the latest product updates, incentive programs, creative launches and program changes;
  • Serve as primary liaison between affiliate partners and internal stakeholders, communicating effectively with all parties;
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and be a valuable resource for each of your partners;
  • Establish personal OKRs and contribute to team OKRs each quarter to ensure professional and organizational growth.

We expect that you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing and/or e-commerce in a similar role, from agency, network, publisher or client side;
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing an affiliate program at scale;
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships;
  • Experience of affiliate revenue management and optimization;
  • Experience of tracking tools for online marketing;
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English;
  • Strong metric-driven mindset based around the ability to report and identify quantifiable trends in affiliate data;
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment while being able to creatively solve problems and have experience turning ideas into action;
  • You inspire the team by taking the initiative to own your performance and contributions to the team while being a team player;
  • You’re analytical and well versed in the use of data, content, and technology to influence consumer behavior;
  • You understand the eCommerce ecosystem;
  • You can multi-task and work with colleagues all across the globe.

Snapshot of your impact, by the 3-month mark:

  • Complete Omnisends new-hire onboarding and job-specific training for the Affiliate Partnership manager role;
  • Gain clarity on expectations of your role and understand Best-Self Management;
  • Identify needs for your TEAM and ROLE and build out your OKRs for the quarter;
  • Start building the foundation of strong relationships with Omnisend teammates.
  • Begin building relationships with new partners;
  • Evaluate and optimize the current affiliate program as needed.
