The Transformation, Traction, and Implementation team within Risk Analytics was established in September 2022 and consists of five highly skilled professionals located in Copenhagen and Vilnius. We drive the Credit Analytic Transformation programme and are responsible for ensuring our risk analytics, process simplification, and digitisation initiatives deliver value to the business. The programme is recently launched and delivers on Danske Bank’s long-term strategy. It will support our risk and regulatory agenda by redeveloping our credit risk model landscape, scaling data and analytics, improving our offerings, and strengthening credit risk management across the Bank.

As our Project Coordinator, you will support the management and delivery of projects in the area. The position will provide you with broad experience, insight, and cross-organisational knowledge for Danske Bank. At the same time, it is going to expand your analytical and interpersonal skills as it requires a holistic approach to balancing deadlines, processes, and technical, regulatory, and business requirements. Therefore, it will be vital that you have the curiosity to understand how your work influences and creates value. Finally, you are self-motivated and able to organise your workload in a pragmatic manner, depending on the most pressing priorities.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Proactively identify needed actions to support the administration and coordination of tasks and responsibilities, e.g., arranging meetings or workshops and taking minutes
  • Plan and coordinate project activities across the function by including relevant stakeholders to ensure the proper input and support to meet deadlines
  • Develop and deliver effective reports/presentations to support executive management decisions
  • Support the programme and team with a range of administrative tasks, including calendar management, project requirements, and communication-related matters

About you:

  • Proven communication skills and great at building relations
  • Willingness to actively take ownership and drive tasks to successful results
  • Demonstrated ability to be hands-on, focusing on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Knowledge of techniques for planning and coordinating projects
  • Very good verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience from a consultancy or banking institution is desirable

Monthly salary range from 2120 EUR to 3180 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
