Within this role you will be number one point of contact for incoming data requests – supporting and advising on target audience, translating business needs into detailed data requirements, checking and doing any additional filtering needed to provide final target list for communication. You will be trusted to structure processes for assigned areas, including, but not limited to, drawing processes, alignment with stakeholders as well as creating documentation in Confluence, Jira, or other tools used. 

What You Will Do:

• You will be expected to understand our customers - what are their behavioral patterns (analysis), how they can be clustered in micro-segments (segmentation) and what approaches should be used to best serve their needs (targeting)
• You will be expected to understand customer onboarding, welcoming, churn and retention, develop systems for early-warning signals and suggest ways to retain them and build their satisfaction
• Map market best practice in customer segmentation and behavior area and develop ideas for execution
• You will be working together with our Data people and Communication people to ensure we find the right time and the right channel to approach our customers
• You will lead the development of data models to define segments and cross-sell possibilities
• Lead the development of new procedures and ensure the quality of process descriptions
• Contribute in future data roadmap building, give input for developments in systems and data structures
• Provide Group level reporting, analysis, improvement plan development and follow-up for the topics related to customer segmentation and behavior area
• Kick-off necessary developments to deliver high quality, efficient and unified solutions to Luminor customers

What We Expect: 

• 2+ years working with customer analytics
• 2+ years working in sales, direct marketing, digital marketing or similar, preferably in financial sector
• Good knowledge and understanding of trends of digitalization era, disruptive technologies and solutions available in the market
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Ambition and capability to drive complex projects including multiple cross-division stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and readiness to work with big databases.
• Higher degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or similar
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
