Financial Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Finance Project Manager to join the team of the Finance Unit of the Transport Operations.  

Your Responsibilities

• Initiating, planning, implementing and developing internal and external financial projects; 
• "Bringing the picture together", allocating work to the project team and ensuring quality and timely delivery; 
• Managing risks and problematic situations related to project implementation, making effective decisions; 
• Evaluating existing processes, finding and implementing optimisation opportunities; 
• Monitoring and analysing performance data, providing conclusions and suggestions for improving performance indicators; 
• Supervision of other financial activity projects; 

Our expectations

• Higher education (IT, finance or process management)
• Knowledge of financial, accounting processes (essential)
• Experience with process drawing tools, business process modelling
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, creativity, analytical/strategic thinking, result orientation
• Knowledge of English at least at B2 level (Russian is an advantage)
• Knowledge of data processing, analysis methodologies and principles
• Experience in transport activities is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
