 For an experienced Head of TikTok Opportunites @ Kilo Health to join our team. Be ready to work on different projects with our existing and new products

Get ready to

• Ensure operational, managerial, and performance-oriented activities in the company core team when launching new products or working with ongoing products
  
• Manage a team of creatives, editors, and performance specialists
  
• Develop and handle a multi-project approach in the team
  
• Build and implement channel growth strategies and manage the direct partnership with marketing channel
  
• Define data-driven marketing strategies to support the company’s overall processes and objectives
  
• Monitor results to make sure that we are following our set KPIs
  
• Collaborate with the Growth department to ensure that a good opportunity is never missed out
  
• Liaise with product teams and provide deliverable consultancy, adopt good practices in performance marketing strategy
  
• Improve communication between product teams and connect the dots when it gets crazy
  
• Be a part of a team where knowledge sharing and learning is an essential part of overall performance
  
• Work with the whole World with no limited budgets while having positive ROAS
  
  

We expect you to

• Have proven experience as a manager in a performance-based digital marketing position, or a similar role
  
• Have experience working in the health and wellness industry with B2C products (considered a plus)
  
• Have demonstrable experience in developing efficient scaling strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.)
  
• Have a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  
• Be able to apply marketing techniques and good practices over digital channels
  
• Be able to oversee complex initiatives and drive them to a successful conclusion
  
• Be a leader with both creative and performance capabilities
  
• Have knowledge of the digital marketing landscape
  
• Have the ability to see the ‘big picture'
  
• Have no fear of failing while testing new approaches
  
• Have strong English in written and verbal communication
  
• Never kill the vibe
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 4200-6800 EUR/month.
