Customer Care Representative (night shifs)

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service;
• Be a primary contact for the customer handle inquiries, ensure accurate and timely entry of orders, organize and supervise cargo delivery;
• Work in cooperation with colleagues to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery;
• Ensure timely and accurate update of information for day - time colleagues;

• Higher education or graduating student able to work full-time on night shifts;
• Good English and Russian skills;
• Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills;
• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure;
