We are looking for Experienced Financial Analyst to strengthen our Financial analysis and Control unit under the Finance department of FL Technics, UAB (Vilnius).

YOUR TASKS:

  • Conduct control and analysis of FL Technics Group entities financial and operational performance;
  • Participate in reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes as well as in investment projects modelling;
  • Close cooperation with finance, accounting and business units to ensure smooth and accurate period close and reporting processes as well as contribution to its continuous improvement and implementation of Group policies;
  • Participate in and lead various internal projects and improvements initiatives, prepare periodical reporting, perform ad hoc requests (e.g. BI development, digitalisation, new business and subsidiaries integration etc).

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Analytical and data driven mindset with experience in data management and proficiency with MS Excel supported by ability to summarize information for illustrative conclusions, raise questions and propose solutions;
  • Good understanding of the financial and managerial accounting processes and principles (incl IFRS);
  • Well familiar with financial statements, financial modelling and reporting (ability to read and to prepare balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement);
  • Experience of at least 2-3 years in similar field (financial analysis/controlling, financial accounting and reporting, audit in BIG4 firms), preferably in international company;
  • Good communication and planning skills – ability to be an active team player and a solid business partner;
  • Fluent English;
  • Navision ( and BI knowledge (e.g. QlikView) and experience with databases is a big advantage.
