We are looking for a colleague to join the Commercial Law Team and help us and UAB "Ignitis" implement the electric vehicle charging network and other renewable energy development projects and contribute to the development of smart energy products and projects. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• To be creative and help the business team find non-standard legal solutions on a wide range of legal issues regarding the development of electric vehicle charging services and renewable energy products and the development and installation of the network of electric vehicle charging stations
• Directly participate in business projects together with the business team, negotiate with partners, responsible institutions and clients, manage legal risks
• Draw up and coordinate various product-related contracts, improve other documents
• Advise on the installation of customer-friendly processes while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Understand the product and emerging problems, solve them and advise on the improvement of business and legal processes and the application of regulation.

• Have a university degree in law, Master's degree in law
• Have at least 2 years of legal experience and at least 1 year of experience in working with business products
• Have experience in drawing up contracts
• Knowledge of real estate or contract law would be an advantage
• Are able to deal with complex legal issues, reconcile different expectations and have good negotiating skills
• Have good oral and written English language skills.
