  • Direct and manage Shift Team Leaders with overall responsibilities for production, materials, quality, administration, and other production-related activities
  • Coach, develop and mentor the production team to meet current and future business needs with qualified and motivated individuals ensure that standard work and processes are followed, yielding product conforming to quality standards
  • Track and monitor hourly/daily/weekly performance indicators OEE analyses, efficiency/scrap reports and lead or participate cross-functional production meetings, while employing problem-solving methodology, to determine root cause and develop countermeasures for misses to daily targets
  • Ensure delivery schedule meets customer priorities; analyze machine capacity and staffing needs to meet demands
  • Hold accountability to expect daily production rates of each cell, problem solves/ generate improvements where necessary
  • Lead and/or support team projects, champion Kaizen events, and implement cost-saving initiatives within their direct area of responsibility
  • Champion change and drive a continuous improvement culture by involving employees in problem-solving and decision making as well as recognizing employees for exceptional work
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Planning functions to support the successful integration of New Product Commercialization projects, and equipment launches; including staffing, skill needs, cost analysis, scrap rates on new equipment, bill of materials, packing methods, and other project details - as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Engineering, Business or similar field required (University or College diploma)
  • 2-4 years of working experience in a leadership position (shift leader, group leader, etc.) holding a higher education or vocational school or 5 years of working experience in a leadership position (shift leader, group leader, etc.)
  • Work experience in manufacturing area – preferred
  • Ability to coach employees and develop talent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at once
  • Critical Thinking and problem-solving techniques
  • Knowledge and skills working with Lean manufacturing techniques
  • Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian language
