You will be responsible for:

• Leading the implementation of Data & Analytics projects. These are typically a fusion between Analytics, Data Ops and Data Governance.
• Coordinating prioritization and leading projects of our Data Engineers team.
• Develop and execute the ESO data infrastructure vision.
• Work closely with other teams to develop strategies and plans for data infrastructure projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Being a crucial part when forming requirements for data storage, reporting and visualization strategy across the organization;
• Organizing evaluation sessions with stakeholders and end users to get feedback to refine the solution and make it production-ready;
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve data infrastructure capabilities.

We expect that You:

• Project management experience of projects involving data engineers, data analysts or business analysts (or equivalent experience);
• Experience working using Agile;
• Creative problem solving of complex data analytics challenges.
• Have proficiency in conventional and advanced data analytics tools (e.g. MS Excel (VBA), PowerBI, SQL, Python, R, etc.);
• Knowledge of data engineering, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud-based data infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, IT or related discipline.
