Senior UX/UI Designer

• At least 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proven skills in designing end-to-end: research, information architecture, data design, concept design, iterative prototyping, and final design delivery
• Solid portfolio, showing a track record of shipping great design and an understanding of why details matter
• Proficiency in popular design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Craft, Abstract, Miro). We primarily use Figma.
• Good verbal and written communication and argumentation skills
• Fluent in English (at least B2 level). Any additional language is a plus
• Can-do attitude, creativity, and passion for improvement in everything you do

• Work to improve the user journey, navigation, and layout of existing systems for our clients' end-users, while designing new functionalities to meet their needs and goals.
• Maintain project design assets and ensure consistency across various components like services, web pages, marketing materials, and the sales process.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for consistency across all products and platforms.
• Explain and advocate for our design suggestions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Design and document user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for a variety of projects.
