The Dexcom Enterprise Information Security team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Infosec’s GRC program in EMEA. The position will provide regional oversight of information security governance, risk and compliance activities, drive adoption of infosec standards and controls, and ensure successful information security compliance and certification activities for the EMEA region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of Infosec GRC for the EMEA region, coordinate a local infosec advisory group, and liaise between EMEA leadership and the corporate Infosec team on regional infosec risks, activities, and priorities.
  • Manage regional Information Security Management System (ISMS) activities to ensure adherence to ISO 27001, manage the local risk register, conduct control assessments, coordinate evidence collection, and report on ISMS effectiveness for the region.
  • Support other local compliance, audit and certification activities for SOX, HIPAA, and PCI.
  • Facilitate security audits, evidence collection, and security testing activities for the EMEA region.

  • Manage local application security, cloud security, and compliance project activities.
  • Facilitate regional infosec awareness and training activities.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams via Agile Scrum project methodology.
  • Monitor program execution and report status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Present to technical, functional, and executive audiences as needed.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, manage Jira stories, and represent infosec in change control activities.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Infosec GRC and technical program management (TPM) positions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to match collagues work time (6am - 3pm Vilnius time).
  • Attend US time zoned meetings as required.
  • Expert understanding of infosec regulation and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA.
  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated compliance controls.
  • Understanding of SaaS application environments and associated compliance controls.
  • Expert in building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.
  • Expert in persuading and influencing others to achieve infosec program objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve goals and objectives.
  • Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 4,400 EUR gross.
