In 2020, they started on a modernization journey named ‘Enable Programme’ with the goal of optimization and modernization of core business processes by moving from Axapta and QlikView to a new worldwide proven technological platform – SAP.

As a Programme PMO, you will be supporting the modernization and digitalization programme to ensure appropriate governance & control that will enable the company to take an important step in the era of sustainable digital logistics, being a data-driven organization and becoming one of the TOP-10 logistics companies in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with daily Programme management routines: Programme reporting, budgeting, risks and issues management, resource hiring, contract management, and meeting time tracking.
• Support Programme roadmap planning and visualization, major milestones tracking and reporting across the Programme.
• Maintain accurate and up-to date information such as steering committee decisions and change request log.
• Collaborate with other project managers and projects’ PMO in communication preparation for various channels.
• Design new and improve existing project management policies and processes.
• Participate in educating internal colleagues in project management field.
• Assist Programme manager in various ad-hock tasks.


You will need:

• 2-3 years of experience in PMO/Project Management field.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and practices.
• Ability to work on several initiatives simultaneously and set the priorities.
• Strong self-management skills and “Can do” attitude.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian skills.

It will be nice if you have:

• Previous experience with SAP implementation and/or broad range of experience in technological transformation projects.
• Project management certificate (e.g. PRINCE2, P3O, etc.)
