In this role, you will lead content development, targeting and implementation of the multichannel (email/SMS/ app/web) automated lifecycle journeys and triggers globally, with the focus on Money Transfer services.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead customer communication optimization/ improvement projects, POCs and tests to improve customer engagement, and drive incremental revenue.

  • Analyze customer data, partner with Product, Analytics and Marketing teams to identify key drivers, gaps, and opportunities.

  • Make data-driven decisions to improve customer engagement, boost retention and increase the share of wallet (SOW) across channels and products in the most efficient way.

  • Align and coordinate direct customer communication initiatives with regional / country Business Units as well as internal stakeholders.

  • Practice sharing of in-depth knowledge and skills for the area of expertise.

  • Drive resolutions to complex problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, solve, document, and build processes.

  • Formally or informally mentor and lead others.

Role Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital content or campaign development and implementation (email/SMS/app/web).

  • Excellent knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM) campaign optimization and performance measurement techniques.

  • Experience in working with web analytics tools and running A/B testing.

  • Experience in Messaging Platforms and customer lifecycle management and a passion for building innovative and effective marketing programs at scale.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently.

  • The ability to interpret data commercially and manage complex cross-functional projects.

  • Highly organized, attentive to details and customer centric.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2283 - 3541 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
