Supplier Master Data Maintenance Specialist

My name is Inga Fitch, and I am leading Customer and Supplier Master Data Maintenance team in Telia Global Services Lithuania. We are the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, Analytics, Telecommunication Networks, Software Development, Sourcing (Procurement), HR, Finance Operations. Constantly growing hub is working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

I am currently looking for a Supplier Master Data Maintenance Specialist to join the team located in Vilnius.

Your next challenge?

As a Finance Shared Services department, we are one, integrated, cross-company team consisting of highly skilled financial, accounting, operational professionals who operate in deep collaboration with all our stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues. In this role you will need to master cross-country collaboration challenges and participate in building a service-oriented team to deliver on expectations, in time with quality and expected business results.

Your responsibilities:

• Data entry, maintenance, and investigation of related issues in SAP ERP
• Handling Master Data internal requests (ServiceNow)
• Supporting business controllers with various Master Data queries
• Contributing to change/improvement initiatives/projects
• Working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs/expectations and educating them
• Reporting progress and escalating issues/challenges.

Your experience:

• 1+ years of experience within Master Data or Finance business support, preferably from an international company
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
• Solid MS Excel skills (pivot, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP (advantage).

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 1500-1800Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
