We are looking for an experienced Communication Specialist to join Integrated communication team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for preparing communication for Avon loyal customers - representatives across Baltic countries and Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, organize and execute communication campaigns.
Prepare briefs for designer, translators and analytics.
Create and execute monthly communication plan.
Coordinate and monitor information sharing between countries.
Collaborate with local, regional and global teams and other local teams ensuring activities/plans are aligned on a common strategy.
Write, edit and create high-quality content such as briefs for communication campaigns, reports, presentations, communication for customers and representatives.

We'd Love You To Have:

Willingness to understand relationship selling model.
Excellent communication and writing skills, including storytelling capabilities, with an ability to demonstrate strategic use of different communication channels/formats.
Experience within the field of PR and communications.
Email marketing experience, working with Eloqua tool would be beneficial.
Fully fluent in English.
Experience in sales activation, merchandising and retail would be beneficial.
