About the position:
- Act as the first point of contact for relevant business unit and Department Manager on people related questions;
- Successfully implement HR processes and tools, such as workforce planning, onboarding, talent management, competencies development, succession and etc. in close collaboration with HR team;
- Identify future needs of competencies and ensure necessary actions to fill the gaps;
- Represent business unit HR related questions and communicate HR-related decisions;
- Support or lead other HR projects, pro-actively drive implementation in relevant business units;
- Lead and manage a full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, negotiating and closing candidate, foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
What you bring:
- Successful experience in general HR management, recruitment, talent management or business parnership role;
- Good knowledge of the HR processes;
- Open minded, able to build relationships and connect with people;
- Accountability, communicability, positivity, and a ‘can do’ attitude;
- Internal motivation to achieve the highest results;
- Great English language skills, Russian would be an advantage.
