You will perform quality assurance evaluations to ensure WUPSIL Agent Enrolment documentation complies with the rules and regulations of the organization, meets program expectations and customer service standards.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination of the weekly WUPSIL VPSO approval process, ensuring decks are prepared, approvals are obtained and minutes are circulated.

You will be responsible for the oversight of the WUPSIL Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) process, including follow up with DRIs, obtaining WUPSIL Head of AML Compliance approvals for CAPA closures and extensions and coordination and liaison between WUPSIL and Global Compliance Internal Testing.

You will coordinate FTC32 requirements for WUPSIL.

You will provide support to team members on all aspects of agent oversight and KYA including maintenance of trackers.

You will maintain the WUPSIL Official Country List and Email Distribution List. 

Degree-educated or having relevant financial services experience, you will be confident in managing and prioritizing your workload, have ability to meet deadlines, have great IT and communication skills, have excellent attention to detail, an analytical mind, and an understanding of the Global Money Remittances industry.  Knowledge of iWatch is an advantage.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1616 – 2383 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
