Here are some responsibilities you will have:
Supply effective and accurate financial and regional analysis of business processes;
Report on key performance indicators across the region;
Develop financial analysis for business cases and pricing proposals to support investment in developing and launching pricing changes in the market;
Support the weekly/monthly reporting and analysis needs related with pricings of various regions finance and business teams;
Find opportunities for improvement, provide analytical support, find ways to make automation in a process and utilize robotics where possible.
Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:
Minimum of four years of experience, as well as relevant qualifications in finance, accounting or mathematics;
Being comfortable building Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards;
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, Power BI and SQL skills;
Being an effective analyst, with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Being confident communicator, having high standards and a strong work ethic;
Experience in supporting and developing financial projects.

The monthly gross base salary range is 2473 – 4054 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
