Supply Chain Operations Specialist

I am Dalia Vdovinaitė and I am leading the Supply Chain Operations team in Telia Global Services Lithuania. With over 1100 colleagues in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company‘s competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics. Right now, I am looking for a Supply Operations Specialist to join our team of specialists in Vilnius.

Your next challenge?

To succeed in this role, you need to be analytical, have high attention to details, be motivated by challenges and new opportunities, have good communication skills, and preferably have previous experience in the field. You will also need to master cross-country collaboration challenges and participate in building a cross-functional team value creation for our customers' team.

Your personality:

• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented with high sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Enjoy working with virtual, global, and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable to work in fast changing international environment.

Your experience:

• Operational experience in Logistics, Sourcing, Procurement, or similar jobs (advantage)
• Solid English (B2 and above; both written and spoken)
• Experience with SAP ERP (advantage).

We offer a monthly base salary of 1200 - 1600Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia employee receives employee benefits package which includes:
