Procurement Analyst

Creates & manages monthly spend analysis dashboards, scorecards to monitor both internal spend and supplier performance.
Analyses vendor data and recommends cost actions based on data analysis, with the aim of driving tactical cost savings for World Courier.
Manages procurement related reports and ad hoc cost analysis for the team.
Monitors implemented contracts execution status & checks actual spend with agreed pricing.
Participate on selected internal project teams as needed by the business.
Performs other related duties in cost or procurement initiatives.

Broad knowledge in fields such as supply chain, business administration, finance, sales, marketing, IT obtained through completion of bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience.
Strong analytical, mathematical skills: ability to interpret data and convert into meaningful and professional presentations (PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills & attention to details.
Advanced MS Excel knowledge (macros, automated reports).
Must be fluent in English – speaking and writing.
Strong knowledge in windows business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) and accounting systems such as SAP.
