Junior Digital Sales Manager

My name is Alisa Miller and I am leading Digital team in B2B Commercial Division. We are looking for a new addition to our team as a Junior Digital Sales Manager to fill a newly created position and take full ownership of the digital journey of a B2B customer.  

Your next challenge?

As a Junior Digital Sales Manager your main responsibility and challenge will be to analyze, optimize and monetize our customers' digital journey through web, direct mailing gateway, e-shop and self-service.  Digital team bridges the gap between the customer and the brand and ensures that B2B online presence is high quality, focused on customer experience, and is ahead of the game.

You are a doer, proactive and motivated. You understand the importance of data-driven decision making to ensure customer digital experience. To succeed in this position, you should be eager to learn new things, cooperate with multiple stakeholders and have experience working with digital channels & platforms. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overlooking B2B digital sales and customer journeys
• Monitor and analyze digital sales performance (both services and equipment)
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance
• Setup digital offering and promotions for Telia e-shop, self-service and web
• Manage direct mailing gateway tool. Execute delivery and track results
• Evaluate and improve customer digital lifecycle
• Coordinate necessary actions with colleagues from UX, marketing, sales and other departments

Your experience:

• >1 years prior work experience working as digital campaign manager, digital communication specialist, digital sales manager or other
• Experience working with various data analytics tools (GA, Excel, etc.)
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 1600 EUR – 2200 EUR (gross) plus yearly bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
