MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create & edit visual content for all Son de Flor social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest);
- Review and populate content calendar with relevant visual content (reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, pins, stories);
- Work with teammates to brainstorm new content ideas & review content calendars ensuring accuracy & relevancy;
- Stay up to date with current and emerging social media platforms, functions, algorithm updates, & trends;
- Actively monitor & report on key social media performance metrics;
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing;
- Experience in video-making & editing for social media;
- Passion for all things social media related;
- Graphic design skills & visual intelligence;
- Creativity & ability to bring the brand voice to life across a variety of social media touchpoints;
- Up to speed with fashion trends and passion for slow fashion;
- At least minimal knowledge in social media marketing & strategizing;
- Understanding of key performance indicators for social media, ability to analyze, & act based on conclusions;
- Excellent communication, teamwork, & organizational skills;
- Bonus: interest in appearing in videos yourself!
