MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post content and maintain daily presence on all Son de Flor social media accounts (minimal on weekends & holidays);
- Partner closely with the customer service team to help address comments, questions, & complaints;
- Active daily communication with the Son de Flor community;
- Work with teammates to brainstorm new content ideas & review content calendars ensuring accuracy & relevancy;
- Stay up to date with current and emerging social media platforms, functions, algorithm updates, & trends;
- Actively monitor & report on key social media performance metrics;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
- Passion for all things social media related;
- Strong customer empathy as well as warm, personal, & open style of communication;
- Strong time-management skills and discipline to post content on social media accounts;
- Interest in keeping up with new social media trends, updates, and news;
- At least minimal knowledge in social media marketing & strategizing;
- A creative flair both written and visual;
- Bonus: experience in customer service & support roles;
