In this role, you will be in constant movement with the possibility to learn about payment card acceptance and customer care in a large international company. If you have a commanding knowledge of support and you are passionate about Internal IT onsite support operations, we wish to hear from you.
This position is based in Vilnius.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- POS terminal integration with ECR coordination and 1st level support;
- POS terminal integration project documentation;
- Cooperation with partners in existing solution changes;
- 2nd level remote support for integrated solution incidents.
- Validation of integration tests cases;

- You can work independently and in-depth in line with your expertise and experience.
- You like to take deal with your customers with a wide variety of people.
Skills we can’t do without:
- You have at least 1 year experience in project coordination/management;
- You have proven experience in customer service;
- You have knowledge in IT, as well as work experience in maintenance of POS terminal and/or cash register systems;
- Good level of English and Lithuanian language (speaking and writing skills).
- Confirmed interpersonal skills and a sense for the team spirit
Skills we would like:
- You have similar experience in either the finance or IT industry
- You have high motivation and open to out-of-the-box solution
