YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our growing team in Vilnius on the Client Onboarding Team.
As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus’ world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a crucial member of our growing team in Vilnius you will be responsible for working with Alter Domus clients with responsibility for the onboarding process undertaken by the Global Onboarding Team. Specifically, you will be accountable for:
• Maintaining and entering information into internal databases (e.g. MasterData, AD Connect);
• Maintaining and managing the team email inbox;
• Assisting the team with gathering and sending final documentation via ISIGator or any other automation tool;
• Assisting the team in creating and maintaining the folders in the local drives;
• Overseeing the list of outstanding items for the client acceptance process which involves gathering, reviewing & validating client information & due diligence/KYC documents;
• Supporting the team with client-related projects and onboarding tasks under the supervision of the team, including assisting with coordinating fund documentation review by internal teams, collecting signature of documents, saving documentation in the local drives;
• Assisting the team in updating internal checklists/trackers, procedures and guidelines, as required;
• Liaising with the administrative tasks related to the wider Global Onboarding Team (e.g. assistance in organizing team events, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, workshops).

YOUR PROFILE

What we’ll look for on your CV:
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English;
• You are MS-Windows software literate, especially in Excel and Outlook;
• You have minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
• You have great attention to detail;
• You are well organised, flexible and able to manage several skills;
• You demonstrate good communication and reporting skills;
• You demonstrate a reliable personality, focused on integrity and confidentiality;
• You are a good team player (helpful, showing solidarity and share information).
