In this role, you will be part of the Technology Service Center team, which is responsible for providing support to WU Partners as well as for production testing of WU Point of Sale applications.

Role Responsibilities

  • Participating in deployment calls and validating the production environment sanity

  • Testing new and existing features in pre-production and production environment

  • Preparing testing credentials and validating testing scenarios

  • Collaborating with change owners and engineering teams to improve testing efficiency

  • Working on automating the testing together with automation teams

  • Assisting the rest of the team with troubleshooting and investigation

Role Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in technology or operations teams

  • Competence in IT and technical troubleshooting

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Fluent English language skills and strong communication skills

  • Experience with testing or automation would be a great advantage.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1842 – 2391EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
