Get ready to

• Lead and motivate In House Production team in order to achieve an expected result
  
• Manage the performance of assigned team members
  
• Help team members solve day-to-day problems
  
• Help team members in finding best learning and development opportunities for their roles
  
• Evaluate and confirm the quality of the content created by the team and the efficiency of the planned processes
  
• Overview the quality of team’s deliverables
  
• Provide assistance to the Head of Production in monitoring the performance of each team member, providing feedback, implementing strategic goals and other assistance
  
• Act as a role-model and be inspiration for the team
  

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of team management experience
  
• Have experience working with video production
  
• Have ability to oversee complex initiatives and drive them to a successful conclusion
  
• Have a creative and strategic mindset towards developing the best quality visual results
  
• Have strong knowledge of pre-production and post-production processes
  
• Have the ability to delegate work, establish timelines, manage to meet the deadlines and stick to them
  
• Have a strong sense of ownership
  
• Have ability to provide constructive feedback during 1-1 meetings and prepare development plans for the team members

Salary

Gross salary range is 2800-3800 EUR/month.
