Job description
- Support customers and find the best solutions for their queries;
- Handle customer’s orders (enter details into system, invoicing, documentation, close follow-up);
- Solve customers’ problems related to orders, invoices, products availability, deliveries, etc.;
- Close communication with sales and logistic teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operational work (could be Back office specialist);
- Mindset for learning and proactively take initiative;
- B2 English language level in speaking and writing.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with SAP.
